DESIGN

In the beginning there is the perfect design. Thanks to our own design department and regular trend scouting, we know what buyers need. Innovative products with a unique character are created from ideas and visions. New textures, smart functions or aesthetic qualities are constantly incorporated into the design process.

MATERIAL

The raw material determines how the article is perceived by the consumer. Not only haptic, emotional or visual properties play a role, but increasingly also aspects such as sustainability or recyclability. Incase relies on the latest generation of materials. Composite, recyclates or easily degradable components are clearly preferred - if desired.

TREND SCOUTING

Zeitgeist, mood, colors, textures, materials and appearance are constantly changing. We cooperate with the DMI (German Institute for Fashion) of the WGSN (Worth Global Style Network) and maintain a wide range of our own monitoring on social media. By visiting trade fairs, we bundle all trend information for the upcoming season.

PACKAGING

The packaging of a product is essential and fulfills many criteria. We create needs-based sales packaging that looks good and meets all requirements. The focus is on optimized recyclability and packaging solutions that use less material overall. Anti-theft protection, innovative packaging technologies and ready-to-pick outer packaging are a matter of course.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our suppliers and the finished goods are subjected to permanent quality controls. For this we work together with international testing institutes such as TÜV, SGS or Intertek. We also carry out regular company audits in our partner office in the Far East.

ROLL OUT

The coordination of the range is always based on the customer's wishes. At the same time, we constantly incorporate our own know-how. We ensure needs-based packaging, immediate and punctual POS delivery and the gradual flow of goods. Thanks to our separate marketing and PR department, the market launch of the respective collection can be supported with effective advertising.

MERCHANDISE PLAN

Consumer behavior can be finely scaled through the permanent analysis of current sales figures and an adapted goods planning (Vendor Managed Inventory / VMI). For a needs-based assortment optimization, we keep an eye on sales and product group planning as well as the monitoring of the current performance.
